CAMPING

Camping: will be available at the field for a fee of $15 per night. Only Campers and RVs (self contained units) are allowed. Hookups are not available. Tents will NOT be allowed. It's a really nice quiet site for camping. With that in mind we ask that those that bring generators, please turn them off between the hours of 11:00 PM and 5:00 AM. Please include your fee for camping with your entries (see the worksheet in the premium list).

FRIDAY EVENING HOSPITALITY

Friday Evening Hospitality: There will be an informal get together Friday evening at the field hosted by Mason Dixon Ibizan Hound Club, Tri-State Club and Region 8 Clubs. We will be having light snacks.

RAFFLE

Raffle and Auction: There will be a Chinese Auction and bidding auction for some unique and fun items. Everything from practical thins such as collars, dog bowls, tote bags to some unique and one of a kind art.

If you find you have some things that you not longer want to look at or may have won and can't use, please consider donating them o the auction.

VENDORS

Vendors: We will have a special area set up along the fence for vendors. We are expecting spectators from the surrounding area so there will be the potential of a bigger market.

There will be spots on both the inside and outside of the fence along the parking area and Field C. (See site plan) The vending permit fees are:

Outside the fence: $25 for one (1) day or $30 for the weekend (2 days)

Inside the fence: $15 for one (1) day or $20 for the weekend (2 days)

Each vendor will be assigned a 10' x 20' area. There will be room for the vendor's hounds to be stationed in this location.

Anyone selling anything at the II must have a vendor's permit. All vendors must register by completing and mailing the form in the premium. It is the responsibility of the vendor to determine the applicable tax laws for selling merchandise in the state of Virginia. Wearables: You can order T-shirts, Polo Shirts, Hooded Sweatshirts and Hats commemorating the 31st ASFA II. All will have the logo for this year's II on them.

MISCELLANEOUS

Miscellaneous:

Parking: There will be handicapped parking available. If you would like a handicapped parking space reserved for you either e-mail the Field Trial Secretary at asfa.ii.fts@gmail.com or indicate so on the worksheet in the premium list and send with your entries.

Parking for all campers will be next to the tree line between the Field C and the field for parking (see site map). Please follow the directions of those directing you where to park.

Golf Carts: will be available for rental. If you have several dogs entered or more than one breed entered we suggest you rent a cart to help you get your dogs to the field easily and on time. Plus they're fun! Haven't you always wanted to drive one? See the premium list on how to make a reservation for a golf cart.
