Annual Convention of Delegates called to order at 9:00 a.m.

Served at the hotel as part of registration fee

Each ASFA member club is entitled to send two voting delegates, two alternates and two observers to the convention (a maximum of two votes per club).  All other clubs may send two people as observers.
