A non-spouse member of the club’s board must email Ping Pirrung at asfa.ping@gmail.com stating that [delegate’s name] will be representing [Name of Club].

The delegate’s registration will NOT be valid until the payment and email from the club’s board is received.

REGISTRATION fee is $145 if received after 26 February OR the delegate is NOT staying at the Four Points by Sheraton, Kansas City Airport.

All voting delegate registrations must be received by 6pm on Friday 17 March, 2023.
