ancient world, sighthounds have always been admired by royalty for
their beauty, speed, endurance, agility, efficiency, and dignity.
These breeds are among the oldest known dog breeds, many changed little
in form from the times of the Pharaohs, Tsars, Lairds, Sheiks, Kings
and Queens of Europe, Africa and Asia. Owning a sighthound is like
owning a small piece of that history. |
